The 1.26-short lived night video shows a man – who police sources say is Vignesh – running from the fundamental street in Chennai’s Kellys region to a tight road and tumbling down as he is pursued by two police. The police later capture the man and beat him once with what seems, by all accounts, to be a police stick.
